The Turbo Press is a self-propelled and self-powered silage bagging machine powered by an IVECO diesel engine with the latest state of the art Euro III emissions. No external cables are required. Bagging capacity is 185 – 240 tonnes/hour.

The RotoPress is a versatile and compact multipurpose silage bagging machine, that operates by means of a power take off shaft (PTO). Designed with an easily interchangeable tunnel it’s possible to use different silage bag diameters depending on the product to be stored. There are four different tunnel diameters. The Roto-Press is primarily known for bagging grass silage, although it is also capable of providing very effective low-cost storage for many other animal feed products, that need to be preserved in a clean anaerobic environment.
Products that can be stored include harmony chop, crimped cereals, whole crop silage, chopped maize, chopped grass, brewers grain, sugar beet pulp and tomato waste.
The 1C-630 It is a basic and economical model capable of bagging up to 120-170 tonnes per hour. Minimum suggested power requirement 140HP, with a maximum power requirement of 170 Hp with PTO 1.00rpm. The bagging capacity per hour is however dependent on the power applied and the type/density/moisture content of the product being bagged, as well as the feeding time (trailer unloading).
The Roto-Press is the most efficient and versatile bagging machine on the market. It can be converted from road transport-mode to bagging-mode in a very short time (less than two minutes). The wide lateral conveyor can be folded and unfolded hydraulically and can be loaded by many different types of tipping trailers and frontend loaders. The front conveyor, which is hydraulically driven with chains and transverse bars, can be filled by tipping trailers with wheel loaders up to 3.20m wide, but its wings can be hydraulically folded to 2.50m in a few seconds.
